Fantastic filters and even better customer service. I accidently ordered the wrong size on amazon so I decided to go for a drive to their store to make the return. They were so kind!! They even gave me 20% off when I purchased the correct size. For the negative reviews you see - they aren't accurate. If you purchased the wrong size and didn't open a package right when you got it, that is no ones fault but your own. Certainly not the fault of United. Thanks guys!! I will be back!
Don't send the correct size, and aren't willing to exchange them despite being unused and only one having been taken out of the box then never installed because it's an inch wider then what I ordered. On your website the sizes are rounded up, the size sent rounded down. It seems like the last 9 months have been rough, look at the newest reviews and it shows what your company is like.
I bought a pack of five (5) filters from this retailer on Amazon and was slowly working my way through the pack (I was interchanging them with a different filter with better properties during allergy season) and it took a while to consume them all. I tried inserting the last filter today and it simply didn't fit in the filter housing. There was a manufacturing error where the cardboard was not glued properly and it caused the filter to be wider at one end than the other by about half an inch (see the photo). I also attached a photo to the seller showing the filter media and that it had not been used. I reached out to United Filter on Amazon and got every excuse as to why they would send a new filter. This seems to be a theme with this vendor. Here is their response: "We will not be providing a replacement filter. It is best to assess the product when you receive it so we can help you immediately. After such a long period of time, there is no telling whether or not that happened from us manufacturing, or if any damage had occurred in your own home. The only thing I can see is it is very damaged from what appears to be forcing it in the cabinet." Talk about blaming the customer. Regardless here is a photo... you be the judge! I can't recommend this vendor I only requested that they send a new filter, not money back or anything outrageous.
Huge fan of this company. Their filters are well priced, shipped quickly and very easy to purchase off their website. I’ve used mine to make several corsi-rosenthal boxes as well as for my home’s central air. They even have some oddly sized filters which I’d to date only found in the US. Keep up the good work!
We had a great experience so far.. we purchased united filters online thru amazon and they were damaged in transit. UF were lightening fast in getting us new ones ..will come back with a review about the product later
Wow! Ordered on Saturday evening and delivered Wednesday morning! Very quick delivery and great price! Compared to my previous filter the ones from United Filter are of much better quality! Ordered a pack of 6 (for the price of 2 to 3 at the local hardware stores), so I will be back by the end of 2022 or so :-) Thanks a lot! September 2023 update: Ordered a new package on Monday (Labour Day) and received it on Friday! Still a very quick delivery and a great price compared to hardware stores (prices went up since 2021, but within reason!). Thanks a lot! Over the last 2 years the filters worked great and very good quality! Recommended!
My geothermal system replacement filters were exactly as described and fit perfectly. I will use United Filter again for my next order. I will be referring to all of my Real Estate clients as well.
