Cannot get a hold of this company for a return. They have an online form to fill out to initiate return requests, but do not respond. They have a phone number and email address but never answer. Beware this when ordering anything that it will be final sale.
We ordered an oven element for our old kenmore oven. The specific model we were looking for was not on amazon or local hardware store (different contact). We got it within 2 days (we live in quebec), and works like a charm.
