My friend had an unfortunate experience with Oakville Appliance Centre. While he was making a charitable donation, his vehicle was damaged. Afterwards, a permanent sticker/marketing material was placed on his car, which affected the glass and obstructed visibility. This situation was very disappointing and felt extremely unprofessional. I hope the business takes steps to address this appropriately.
This year we experienced both a dishwasher and stove needing to be replaced. In both situations, Gary went out of his way to provide top service. We live out of town now, yet Gary arranged for delivery within a day. Josh was even able to do further work necessary, in addition to the installation of the dishwasher. Great work Josh. We have bought here over many years, and still would go nowhere else.
Won’t see my business again. We were told our purchased appliances were waiting for us at the store… Not only were they not there on request for delivery .. they weren’t even at the warehouse in Milton. Deceptive and unapologetic. Hell of a way to run a business.
Purchased a refrigerator on very short notice. Gary Couch was prepared for our needs and the process was quick and easy. The loner provided was extremely useful and the delivery and installation guys were great.
My parents have been dealing with Oakville Appliances for YEARS and will continue to do so. Gary is amazing to deal with. He is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Recently the stove I inherited (came with our house) took a long walk off a short cliff. Worst timing for us ever. Unknown to us my parents worked with Gary and his wonderful staff to have a surprise Saturday delivery of an amazing Whirlpool stove. The delivery drivers were beyond exceptional. So kind. And Gary was quick to help us get the warranty put into our names. Thank you Oakville Appliance!!
I sent a message to Gary about a dishwasher that needed to be secured to the cabinets. Within 10 minutes I had a call from one of his techs and within 20mins they were working on it. Job done to my full satisfaction and delight
Our Fridge decided to quit out on a Saturday Morning, We had a new fridge by 4 pm. Awesome customer service, knowledgable, conscientious and valuable. You simply don't get this with big box store purchases....Gary gave me the confidence that any issues would be immediately resolved.... I would recommend them for your future appliance needs, and really....its time to support community businesses who care about the community .....the value is well worth it !
