I am a frequent customer of Noodlebox and I order through the delivery app. This evening my order never arrived and the uber driver called 30 mins later and said he was missing an item and had go back and solve it with the Noodlebox location. I rang Noodlebox Oakville to try and get it resolved and they claimed that they have no visibility or contact details of the delivery driver so they couldn’t solve it. Really appalling customer service after I spend my $70 and I order from them every week. I finally managed to get a refund from my order but I certainly won’t be using them again and I’ll be recommending my friends do the same. So disappointing!
I ordered kung pao box with rice noodles it was amazing, Manish helped me in choosing the right option and also suggested me with spice level, overall the taste, and service was amazing
I did some work there when they were under construction. I helped get them open and now they do not want to pay my invoice. It's been over a year going back and forth. They said my invoice was too high. Do we complain when we pay $12 for a bowl and it costs them $1 to make!? That's just business. Pay your invoice Jay.
I didn't like my pad thai box at all! If you're used to authentic or good Thai food this is quite bland and the flavour just isn't good. My noodles were also quite mushy.
Amazing spring rolls but the pad thai... it's not a pad thai lol. It kinda felt like a discarded vegetable noodle bowl. Purple cabbage, sad celery, carrot, red bell pepper, broccoli bits, green onion, It was very odd. It wasn't bad tasting wasn't great but definitely wasn't a pad thai.
First tried this restaurant in Vancouver, and it was amazing - a fancier, sit down dining experience than this location. Was pleasantly surprised to find a location in the GTA. My go-to dish is the spicy peanut box, which was good, but not as good as I remember. We also tried the chow mein, which was too salty to enjoy unfortunately. The side of chicken bites were not worth it for what it was. Portion sizes are generous. Would give it another try if we happen to be in the area again.
Awesome food! ? Pad Tai Box with egg so delicious. Exceptional service those guys can cook! Hot food , fresh ingredients. I went back 2 times in a row and perfect each time. The Butter Chicken is fantastic! Highly recommend Oakville location. You will definitely enjoy the menu.
