Marlo at Parties N More is the only place I will go to for balloons! I’ve been getting balloons from her for the past 17+ years. Not only is the selection fabulous, Marlo is willing to customize anything to make your vision come to life. She’s a wonderful easy to work with person and any balloons you get from her will last weeks in peak condition (if not longer!). During a time of complete Covid-related restrictions, Marlo communicated with me frequently and showed me a balloon bouquet mock-up to ensure we were on the same page. Updating this review in Spring 2024 to add that Catherine is AWESOME when it comes to both customer service and creating FUN, FESTIVE, and BEAUTIFUL balloon bouquets! We had her create a balloon bouquet to celebrate a friend becoming a Canadian Citizen and she did a WONDERFUL job! We also had her create a balloon bouquet for my daughter’s ‘Champagne Birthday’ (24 on the 24th of 2024) and she went the extra mile to quickly secure a special balloon from her supplier so that the bouquet would come together exactly as we hoped. During this challenging time, it has been difficult celebrating birthdays, especially kids birthdays. Balloons have been that extra special, added touch, that have really helped to lift the spirits of the people in my life who are celebrating birthdays during lockdown. I found Parties N More back in December when I was looking to order (and have delivered) special balloons for my niece's 13th birthday. They did not disappoint. The selection is amazing, the customer service was wonderful. They have become my Go-To Balloon store. Highly recommend.
