This location has good selection of product's however the service could be better. The entire time I was shopping around an employee named Zoe kept making backhanded/outright insults about my hair or appearance. Although she was semi helpful on which products to get in order to help me find what I needed, her work ethics and customer service skills are bad and need lots of improvement.
I had an absolutely amazing experience at Sally’s Oakville!! Usually, I hate walking into Sally’s, if I’m going to be honest. The employees usually are not helpful and have no idea what they are talking about or what I need. This visit was different! Zoe took AMAZING care of me and all my hair needs! I am a professional hairstylist who needed extensions in a hurry..and this girl went ABOVE and beyond for me!!! She helped me colour match my extensions to my freshly coloured dark brunette hair. Really took her time listening to all of my concerns, and helped me find a colour depositing mask that I desperately needed as well. I was in such a time crunch, with Cosmoprof being closed. I had a big photoshoot the next day.. and she DELIVERED! She deserves a promotion or a raise, I suggest both. I truly cannot be happier with her service!
On Thursday August 7th, 2025 at around 1:15pm I went in with the intent to just browse, but Thomas and Kamilla(hope I spelt that correctly) amazing customer service encouraged me to buy. Happy with my experience. Will be a repeat customer.
Usually pretty knowledgeable, but today when I went to buy something for hair I was told everything would be in the box. It was not. Luckily I already have several things needed ?
Did this location change ownership?! I used to love going in for my hair colour and taking a look around at all the great products. I went in on Sunday and it looked like a different place. Also, not nice customer service. Tried to give me bad advice to sell products. I've been coloring my own hair for years and what she was trying to tell me was totally wrong. I'm very disappointed. Probably won't be going back to that location.
Went in to get products for my wife. Alli greeted me as soon as I walk-in. After showing the text of what I needed, they helped me find the product very quickly. Thank you for your help Alli!
Rude. They actually closed the store during operation business hours to do inventory. Their sign said they’d be closed till noon, however when I called they told me they would need another 10 minutes, maybe a half hour. I had to call for this information while I was standing outside their store and they felt it best to just wave me off. Unprofessional.
