The design and looks of All the models Nireeka have , are absolutely stunning !! My choice was the Revenant 1000. The bike is on its way, and very excited to have it on the trails. Shipping took 3days. Nireeka Canada ?? You guys have an amazing customer service. Now back to the Revenant 1000. The reviews have it as the Best built E MTB of your fleet. I recently purchased an e-bike from this company, and my experience was heavily tarnished by Manager Sasan. From the beginning, Sasan was pushy, trying to upsell me on features I didn’t need. When I expressed my concerns, he was rude and dismissive, making me feel like my opinions didn’t matter. It was clear that he only cared about making a sale rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. When I inquired about shipping delays, his attitude was unhelpful and curt, which added to my frustration. I expected a level of professionalism, especially for such a significant purchase. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I hope the company takes steps to improve their management and customer service.
