It was the worst buying experience in my life so far....utterly poor communication and almost no information provided about the vehicle!! They should learn this from Lexus of Oakville, Amazing experience there!! I went for a scheduled maintenance and even informed the service advisor that i was experiencing a metal grinding sound when i braked. I thought i needed new brakes as it was around that time to change them so i brought in my Sprinter Van. After a day of waiting i was told my brakes were like new although they were the original brakes and I've already done 65k on them and the service advisor just told me it was brake dust and that my front brakes were 8/12mil and rears were 10/12mil. This did not seem right so i brought it to the service center in Brampton to get a second opinion. After they looked at my brakes and showed me the measurements they took of my brake pads. Turns out the front was 4/12mil and the rear was 8/12mil. The fronts needed to be changed. Thank you to the Brampton service location as for the Oakville location maybe others had a good experience, but your technicians couldn't be bothered and overlooked a serious thing which could have resulted in me getting into an accident. Hopefully Oakville location can get their act together and this serves as a warning to be more diligent in regards to what the advisor informs you of.

Very professional dealership. The techs here know these older cars and vans well. There's a famous tech actually Peter who can diagnose the older vehicles properly. I service all of my classics here including my SL. Highly recommended!
