I recently brought my wife’s SUV in, which is the vehicle we rely on daily for commuting with our newborn as a family, so safety and trust were extremely important to us. We needed a winter tire package and they delivered exactly what they promised -excellent quality products paired with top-notch service. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care, which gave us complete peace of mind. Absolutely amazing customer service, workmanship, and prices! I bought four snow tires with the warranty, and a month later destroyed two of them on the Speers Road construction (grrr). They replaced both with no hesitation; I only had to pay for mount/balance which was fair. I will absolutely be returning when I need service!
Visited the centre in order to purchase 4 new all season tires and dealt with Shalin. No pressure sales and professional approach throughout the process. Tire installation and additional work was done exactly as laid out. Price for tires was reasonable and an overall positive experience. I was actually referred by my wife who had previously stopped in there for assistance and was extremely pleased with the outcome and service she received
Shalin was very attentive from the beginning about what was my problem. His advice even was beyond the interest of selling more taking care as well about the most economical and doable option for me. This speaks about genuinely work for the interest of clients. Very professional and even the job was completed in the same day while at the begining even did not have the required tires in stock. I have had the best service at this location in Oakville. The two gentlemen running this Centre have given me their time and expertise. I recently went back to ask a question and it was not a problem for them to come out to my car and answer my worry. I highly recommend this Automotive Centre.
Love this place, the management is super friendly and explains the issues your car may have. I used to go to the dealership, but these guys are way more friendly, and I think the prices are better too.
I have a slow leak on one of my truck tire, they jacked up my truck and did a bubble check. In no time they located the cause of the slow leak, the loosen tire stem valve, they tighten it; off I went. No charge. Will give them my future business for sure.
