I decided to add my update about my condition after help and treatments from Dundas Chiropractic Center Dr. Donald Geisler. Since my last treatment there was not even one need for repetition and my condition is getting much stronger with light activities like including walking and just being very active at home.I'll consider cheking my condition by Dr. D. Geisler to mentain as permanent as possible present condition avoiding further degenerations. Highly recommend Dr. Donald Geisler. I've had lumbar disc herniation for over ten years. Two weeks ago, I had a sudden flare-up due to slipping on stairs and prolonged driving, causing severe pain in my lower back and legs, confining me to bed for a week. Upon recommendation, I came here for treatment. When I arrived, I couldn't even sit down and had to curl up my legs in the passenger seat. After the first treatment, I could walk and sit down easily. I found that getting X-rays first and then receiving targeted treatment, especially traction therapy, was highly effective for me.
