Not enough can be said to express how incredibly accommodating this company is!! Buy it for looks Buy it for life indeed! I have received many replacement parts for no charge over the years and the customer service is second to none!! Fully impressed but not surprised.. Fake promise of lifetime warranty but they don't do that. Pull down starts leaking like anything. Offers a fake 75 percent discount on their website where the Price is 3x the market.
This review is more for their website, although I think all the service replacements come from here. For the last 20 years, we've had various Moen faucets fail that we've personally bought, and faucets that were included with purchase of our house.... but no matter where there are from, when we call there service, they are fast, ask the right questions, and quickly send out parts for repair by you or a plumber if you wish to hire someone to install it for you. They always send instructions on how to install yourself, so I've always self installed and have had no problems in fixing our faucets. Service has been continually excellent for 20 years.

Over the past 12 years, whether purchasing water filters or exchanging parts, I have always received exceptional service. The staff members are attentive and professional, making each visit enjoyable and efficient. In my experience in Mississauga, this location stands out as the best for customer service. Their dedication to quality assistance and commitment to customer satisfaction truly deserves recognition, as it has made my interactions delightful over the years.
Bought the Moen shower head model # 26008BL It worked great for 4 months. Then the spray diverter decides not to work and now water leaks everywhere so water pressure is low and makes a big water mess. Definitely dissatisfied and would not recommend. Went with moen as it's usually a good brand.
Moen has a great warranty. I highly recommend the tap sets. Over 15 years Moen has replaced parts that wear out a few times for a variety of items I own at no cost. You have to do your own install.
Had some initial issues with a Moen Flo which was eventually replaced on warranty, but looking back I am thinking it might have due to some growing pains associated with Moen acquiring the company that manufactures the device, and possibly evolution of the device itself. After using the Flo for over a year, I am very happy to report it has been excellent. I love the app which is very easy to use, and so far I have found the device to work very well at detecting unusual water flows. I especially like the ability to configure manual overrides so that water is shut off when certain conditions will occur.
