My kids and I are super sad, despite my kids had been rehearsing their choreography during a year and we already paid for the customs, the school sold all the tickets for the final recital the same day they put them on sale, unfortunately I was travelling and I was not able to buy them (I was on a 5 hour flight back home) and the school didn’t care to reserve some tickets for such cases. On the contrary, they sent messages encouraging people to buy as many tickets as the want, they obviously care only about money and SOLD OUT, excluding moms & dads that weren’t able to buy tickets fast enough. This is really poor logistics and without any consideration for the students and their caregivers.
After a year of efforts paying and taking our kids to hip hop lessons, buying the overpriced customs for the final recital, the administration of this school sold all the tickets for the final recital, excluding some parents to enjoy the results of our family efforts. Really disappointing ?
My daughters had the BEST experience ever! I am so thrilled to have been part of the DD family from the beginning. The team, the teachers and the vibe were just the BEST! Miss my DD family :>
