Brought in my garrard 80 turntable to have serviced and a cartridge installed He put me off for 6 months because he lost the headshell I go pick up the turntable He tells me he would look for the headshell He refused to take responsibility for losing the headshell A year later calls me and says he found it Drive to the shop shows me a headshell totally wrong . The lab 80 headshell is unique I informe him that I found one on ebay paid 85.00$ us plus shipping He refuses to pay for the headshell Not a word from him sense Beware he is not responsible for parts he loses Update march12 2024 Finally he paid for the headshell he lost Took him 3 years
Very happy to find someone that can work on my high end receiver , looks like Januz has many years of experience and my receiver is once again working properly, I would highly recommend him for repairing high end vintage equipment
I brought my Pioneer SA-8500 in as it was intermittently cutting out and then stopped working altogether. Janusz was able to diagnose the problem and had the unit working tip top in about 2 weeks. This was during the Holidays and he also had to wait on parts to arrive. I am very happy with the end result; the amplifier has never sounded better!
Great service always very honest and fair. I was surprised to see Mark pros one star review as it certainly did not reflect my experience with 3D. However when I checked out Mark pros other 16 reviews I noticed that 14 of them were one star and one was for two stars. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but I suspect the problems mentioned in Mark pros review are more are more a reflection of Mark's pros issues rather than the high quality of service that's provided by 3D
Terrible service, haven't even contacted me at all about 2 cassette decks I brought there about a year ago. I expect they're probably sold off by now. Warning: don't go there and deal with these crooks!
Janusz repaired my kitchenaid built-in fridge's motherboard when nobody else would, while i waited, and for way less than he could have charged. He was easy to deal with and a nice guy. He definitely has a passion for what he does. I'm bringing him another motherboard next week (this one is from my garage door opener). Update - I brought in the circuit board from my liftmaster garage door opener - I stopped in without calling, and Janusz fixed it in a few hours (he was in the middle of another project or else I believe it would have been while I waited) and charged less than I expected. I still can't believe how lucky I am to find a guy who does great work for way less than the cost of the tools I would need to do a crappy job at it myself.
This company, Janusz in particular, was professional, knowledgeable and knows his trade very well. I appreciated his clear & direct communication in explaining the problem with our Sony TV. He did what he said he was going to do, in the turnaround time expected, which was only 2 days. When we decided not to proceed with the repair, he said he was willing to keep us in mind & call us should a used part become available since we didn't want to purchase brand new. I would highly recommend his expertise to anyone and was glad to keep our business in Oakville. We had contacted others but decided to go with 3D A/V Electronics since they actually answered the phone when we called vs. voice mail and we appreciated the excellent customer service style. Kudos Janusz.......keep up the good work!! If we ever need electronic repair again, we know who to call. Oh yes, in addition there was no charge for the assessment!!
