I would highly recommend to stay away from this place. But if you end up going here, don’t let this lady serve you. So rude and wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing. She looks straight at me and said hello. I said hello back. She then told me she wasn’t talking to me, I assume she was talking on the headset but how was it to know? Then after asked me what I wanted. I asked if I could place an order. And she told me to wait. She walked away and came back and started serving someone else. I had to speak up to get served. I wasn’t given a receipt at time of purchase and it wasn’t in the bag either. My order was extremely simple spicy chicken sandwich without tomato. But I still got tomato. This place had lots of staff So that wasn’t an issue they just look extremely unorganized. I’ll never go here again
I went through the drive thru at this location and service was awful! The lady at the window seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and kept rolling her eyes and when I received my daughters kids meal I looked in the bag and it looked like they just chucked the fried and nuggets in the bag as it wasn’t even in the containers they were meant to be in. Brutal! All I’m saying is that don’t be in a customer service role if you’re unable to set aside your horrible attitude when dealing with paying customers.
Very rude behavior by the orange or brown scarf girl with spects. This is not the first time she is doing this . This time when I placed food order she said we don't serve food very rudely. I hope management will take necessary action.
Ask you to get out of the driveway to save their drivethru times and not a single car was in drive through behind. No one at front cash so had to come through drive through.
Extremely rude staff today on April 17 at 1:40 PM, I went to Wendy’s and I ordered. She was talking to very rude to me and then she took my order and I said to go and she handed me my order in the tray, and I said, I wanted the order to go, and then she just Threw the paper bag to me. Put it yourself in the bag and go. I was like what the hell . extremely poor service.
Nothing was clean, the girl taking my order was probably one of the rudest service encounters I’ve ever had. All of the other 1 star reviews make sense
The cashier was in training. She was probably the friendliest employee there out of the 3 women who served us. Food was fresh other than the chunky cheese sauce. The mens bathroom had water leaking out the door that I almost slipped on. I overheard a gentleman telling an employee that all the urinals were clogged. The womens washroom was a 6/10 for cleanliness. The dining room was clean and inviting.
