I purchased a pair of Normatec 3 Legs earlier this year. They've been great but they ended up failing (the hoses/hub definitely need to be updated for durability). I sent an email to the team and they had a replacement set of legs and a hose sent to me which I received basically 2 days later. A1 customer service. Thank you all.
I would highly recommend CoreFX! Purchased an Adjustable Aerobic Step Platform and the quality is top notch. I had purchased 2 other steps from other sources that did not hold up to the abuse. This step/platform is very solid and extremely versatile. Great for step, HIIT, and bodypump workouts. Dealing with the team at CoreFX was also fantastic. The ordering and pick-up process was very easy.
I ordered a set of CoreFX Dumbbells up to 50lbs with a Labour Day free shipping promotion. It only took about four business days to arrive. The boxes were beat up, but the dumbbells themselves were fine, and that's what matters. There was a blemish on one dumbbell, but the team at CoreFX/360 Athletics quickly resolved the issue with ease. I ended up ordering one extra dumbbell. Too bad there wasn't a rack that matched to my needs; I had to get it from somewhere else, which was a bit of a pain. Otherwise, the dumbbells are as nice looking as previewed on the website, the knurl is decent, and I imagine if dropped, they would bounce off the floor with minimal impact. Of course, it's only the beginning so I can't truly comment on the durability of the dumbbells. I've had nothing but pleasant experience dealing with CoreFX/360 Athletics.
Absolutely LOVE these bands! They are amazing quality so there’s no need to worry about their lifespan. I have made great use of them both at home & in the gym — from warming up, to burnout exercises, and even complete workouts, they have and will continue to serve me well! Definitely recommend ??
Been using this vest all lockdown for my training. Ran the David Goggins 4x4x48 wearing it. Pull ups, push ups, l-sits, leg work, it elevates all training avenues.
I've been using their bands for years. Superb quality. I've never been afraid they are going to break on me when doing exercises like assisted pull-ups.
Building a home gym and purchased 2 risers to accommodate a bench that was a little too high. Product is decent so contacted customer service and inquired about purchasing a couple more risers as well as the platform (not an option on the site). Customer service refused to sell the platform individually and linked me to the package which is $270. As a customer I would appreciate more options (especially for such a steep price for a stepper) and this company does not provide any.
