Dominic has a keen eye and provided solid recommendations around what would work best with my decor. The work was scheduled quickly and the installers were great. Carpet Warehouse is impressive!
Did one transaction with Carpet Warehouse with satisfaction but the second and final transaction was unsatisfactory. Salesman suffers from a "small man's syndrome".

Picking the carpet was great, installation was great, however DO NOT expect ANY leniency when it comes to payment. Had over $8,000.00 worth of carpeting installed, explained that there was a miscommunication in how the invoice was being settled (contractor vs. owner) and needed a couple of days; yet what ensued was non-stop calls and no understanding whatsoever of the situation. Worse than a collection agency!
Our family used Carpet Warehouse as recommended by a professional designer for carpet replacement in two rooms in our new home. The installers wore their shoes during the installation. Upon finishing in the basement they came up to the main floor to lay two area rugs. The installers had adhesive glue from laying the carpet underlay in the basement on their shoes, leaving permanent shoe prints in our beautiful Jatoba wood floors. They ruined the hardwood floors in both the living room and front foyer in a $2M home. When we reached out for support they sent the installers back to try and remove the shoe footprints. They made the floor much worse using chemicals they should not have been using on the floors. I asked them to test an area before proceeding to try and “fix” the rest of the footprints which they did not listen. They removed the finish off the floors using the absolute wrong chemicals creating a bigger problem and the floors look worse now with footprints and uneven stain. The installers were rude and spoke in a different language in our home so we could not hear them discussing the situation with our floors. They also proceeded to say it wasn’t their fault. We were originally told Carpet Warehouse does not have insurance to cover such damages. Only when we pursued legal action did we make any progress with their insurance company. Carpet Warehouse should be ashamed for how they have handled ruining our floors in our forever home. I do not recommend this company.

Called this company in winter 2020 to repair some loose carpet in our basement based on the reviews we read. The job was completed in just over an hour. It was a bit more than we expected but to be honest we didn’t shop around so don’t have anything to compare to. We were happy with the results and would call them again if we need carpet services.
