Very easy on-line ordering process; wonderful selection and free local delivery. I always like to use a local florist and I was not disappointed. The arrangement was beautiful.
I live in the Yukon and wanted to have some flowers delivered to my special friend Diane, in Oakville. I also wanted to try to support local business, and so on the web I picked out Ada's, but with no previous association nor experience with Ada's.Diane later phoned me later the same day to say how absolutely thrilled she was when she answered her door, to find a "very nice man" there awaiting with her floral bouquet. She has also sent a photo of her with them, and the bouquet is indeed full, and fresh, and beautiful.I highly recommend Ada's.Yukon W.David
Excellent Service, the flowers were beautiful and delivered on the same day. I placed the order within 30 min of the cut off for same day delivery and was a bit worried but they delivered them that day. I really appreciate the free delivery and variety of arrangements available. I will order again when I need flowers. Thank you.

Nice enough but extremely disorganized. I went there to get iris's as no other flower shop in Oakville has them this time of year. Thinking this was a regular business, I went prepared to pay with my debit card. When I got there, the business was a small operation running out of a residential home and the employee informed me that they do not take debit, but will take cash or credit (this was NOT specified anywhere on their website). Having no cash with me, I said I'd pay with credit. However, because the woman working there was "unfamiliar with the system" instead of a credit machine, they asked me for my credit card number, security code and date of expiry. With this obviously being of worry to me, I had to drive 10 minutes to withdraw 20$ from my debit account. I then drove 10 mins back to the home only to be told that they only have nickles in the float and that they could not break a 20$ bill. I then had to run to the bank again (another 10 mins there and back) to get exact change for the 2 iris's I wanted. Additionally, the owner and the employee gave me two very different prices of the flowers I wanted, and did not seem to be on the same page about pricing.I am giving 2 stars because Ada's flowers had out of season flowers that were hard to find, and the woman serving me seemed genuinely nice, however the business lacks organization which caused me to lose 1.5 hours out of my day that I wasn't expecting. Had the owners 1) put a notice on the website indicating that they do not take debit, and/or 2) had checked that the float was sufficiently stocked, this whole situation could have been avoided.
