We chose Adam to install a tankless water heater after we moved in so we could sever ties with Reliance and have access to unlimited hot water. It was a smooth process from start to finish, talking about the different options and features. He'd point out a variety of other deficiencies and never pushed to upsell. Ended up having a humidifier replaced as well and installed a Moen Flo valve for the house which paid for itself already. One night I woke up with no water and it was the Moen Flo that turned the water off after it detected a 0.7-0.9L/min leak which i later found out it was coming out of the toilet. A DIY flapper/fill valve replacement later and we're back in business. Adam doesn't like a particular brand of thermostats so it was fun convincing him why I wanted it and he finally succumbed but I am sure he'll relish in a future support call when the thermostat is deemed to be the culprit Adam was was easy to work with, funny and full of stories. He was prompt and flexible with his timing. You text him and he calls you back right away to get more info and figure out what's next. If you want a Navien tankless installed, don't hesitate to call Adam!
Great experience hiring Adam. He came on short notice when the heat was out during -10 degrees C. He was able to identify the problem right away and fix it on the spot. We hired Adam to replace our thermostat (not a straightforward job as we were replacing a carrier communication device with ecobee) - Adam was extremely knowledgable and went above and beyond for us and fixed some other additional issues he found.
