Ordered Souvlaki Chiken and lamb scewers - was great. Its a small place but was well maintained, the staffs were very humble and explained options to try.
I've been going there for years.When they first open now, they've changed their staff.The food was very bad.I drove all the way from hamilton and they couldn't speak english.I couldn't understand the woman taking my order.Like everywhere else in this country.Second of all, I ordered a large slovaki pork, and they brought me a slovaki chicken.And at the end of my meal, the chicken wasn't even cooked.Right terrible.They just changed everything.I would not recommend this for a good slovaki.DinnerThere is a place called peter's on eglington.In mississaga, that place is the bomb
Ordered a falafel pita. Total was $11 which I felt was very fair for what I got. The pita was loaded with cold fresh lettuce, tomatoes, feta and onions. A nice dollop of very tasty tazziki. The falafel were warm and tender, tasty. The pita was soft and fresh tasting. This was very messy, but very satisfying. They include two "honey sticks" which are nicely toasted pieces of pita brushed with a honey cinnamon glaze, very tasty and a nice touch. Overall extremely satisfied with the price paid and quality of food.
I took my two Granddaughters for lunch. The restaurant was very clean, the food was delicious and Bunny and Princess were great accommodating younger children’s orders. Will be sure to come back.
And, once again, under cooked chicken and potatoes! Rice was totally tasteless. And, a hair in the salad, disgusting! Never going there again, we've given this place plenty of chances. And for the amount of money we spent, less than zero value. AVOID! This place also needs a good cleaning, pretty dirty overall. Dust every wear, dead bugs in the windows. Souvlaki Hut, expect a visit from The Oakville Board of Health, we've got all the pictures to back up what we've written here.
Visited this place over the weekend and had SPANAKOPITA and Veggie Pita. I felt Spanakopita didn’t had any flavor and was bland Veggie pita mostly had lettuce, didn’t met our expectation.
The food is really really good, but the last few times I've been my order has been missing entire items that I paid for. :( I wouldn't usually complain if it happened once, but it's been consistent.
