The registration process at this gymnastics club is extremely disappointing. The system feels outdated, and the website constantly crashes during registration periods, making it nearly impossible to sign up. It’s frustrating to see such poor infrastructure for a program that should be well-organized. Additionally, the quality of the classes is below expectations — they lack challenge, structure and consistent progress, and the overall training standard seems quite low.
The gym looks nice and seems well equipped. Not too crowded and the staff is polite and helpful BUT THE SMELL! I was there between 9:30 and 10am and whatever they use be it disinfectant, cleaner or deodorizer (it smells like the public washroom deodorant sticks) is overwhelming. I am not overly sensitive to scents but found it intolerable. It was strongest in the administration area but present in the gym entrance as well. A deal breaker for me as I don't want to breathe in chemicals but also because it brings to question what they use to sanitize the equipment. ?
Unfortunately I had high hopes, but the front desk lady is rude to kids/teenagers. I know a place sucks if they can't hire a person that's respectful when she's the first face you see.
Berly answer questions on the phone, and give less information, like if they dont want to talk. they didn't reply to my email, as I've been trying to register my daughter, but they don't care giving an answer either yes or no ... very unprofessional and give me feeling of discrimination and racism.... don't recommend
Coaches and classes are good but the website is terrible and not user friendly. Classes are always full and there is no email notification for wait lists. If you call the place they ask you to go online. I wish the website was better.
Unprofessional and bad coaches. Especially Don he is full of himself, weird, and acts like he runs the place. I changed gyms and had a way better experience at the place I went to.
My daughter has learnt three sessions in Oakville Gymnastic Club from 4 and a half years old. She is really enjoy the class and had pretty good progress. The facilities are fantastic and coaches are kind. Special thanks to coach Zoran, they are responsible and detailed.
