The food I tried on Friday was really delicious. There was an Indian gentleman working that day—I’m not sure of his name, but he’s an excellent chef and his customer service was amazing. I came again today and there was lady working, but I really prefer the gentleman because he made my experience so enjoyable. Honestly, I come back mainly because of him.
We visited the Burger Factory Oakville location and had an excellent experience. The food was so delicious, and we really enjoyed the vibe of the restaurant. I also want to give a special thanks to SAM, who served us — he made our meals perfectly and provided great service.
Ordered steak burgers and chicken burger first of all fries was old wasn’t fresh made the chicken burger was old chicken too because having burgers i know what fresh and old taste like I called them ask ask the manager to call me the guy who prepared my food was talking to his manager on the phone explaining my complaint in his language which was Urdu they taught i don’t understand the language anyway the conclusion of it it was the worse not fresh food I got by paying almost 40 dollars. The manager didn’t call me back . And I couldn’t go back because I went to work . It was the worse experience ever specially wasn’t fresh very disappointed won’t go back
First time eating here, went inside, order what appeared o.k on the menu,(chicken sandwich type item no sides). Paid 21dollars, before receiving anything, (pretty straight forward). I receive my purchase in a bag, didn't look at it, hoped it was right ( chicken sandwich is kinda hard to mess up). Get home , pull at purchase
I recently placed a large order from Burger Factory Oakville and everything was outstanding! The food arrived fresh, hot, and very well prepared. I’ve tried both their beef and chicken burgers, and each one has been delicious – juicy, flavorful, and stacked with toppings. They definitely don’t hold back on the sauce, which makes every bite even better. The fries deserve special mention as well. The seasoning is unique, very flavorful, and surprisingly addictive – it’s hard to stop once you start. The packaging was neat and organized, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, this location delivers on both quality and consistency. I’ll definitely be ordering again!
My husband and I ordered dinner from Skip the Dish and I ordered a chocolate milkshake that we didn't receive it. What brother me the most that's it's expensive $9.03. But even more so that they don't double check there orders before sending them out.
