Exceptional service with very helpful staff. Moen lifetime warranty parts replaced for free without any questions asked. Staff will give you step by step instructions on how to change the faulty part.
I purchased a Moen Kitchen tap through our local plumber a few years ago, it never worked properly, it would not swivel on the base easily and would eventually seize up. The removable wand has now started to leak at the ball joint. I have had the plumber back a few times but the problem just comes back. Moen's solution is to send me a few 'o" rings, expecting me to dismantle and repair. This is not an acceptable solution. I will purchase another brand that works properly.
I don't know how they got their 5 star reviews. I called multiple times and was told the waiting time to talk to somebody was 30 plus minutes. Finally left a message which was supposed to be returned in 30 min so I waited around and nobody ever did return my call. I finally stayed on hold until somebody came on and was told my warranty part would be sent right out. A week and a half latter I still have not received it. I finally had to buy the replacement part from the hardware store which was supposed to be warranty. A lifetime warranty isn't much good if you don't honour it.
not a great experience shipper seem to have an attitude like he was the best and I meant nothing won't be going back there
