Dropped in one day and bought a supplement and found it to be great fur my condition they were so helpful and honest I believe I will be buying all my health needs here from here on in
Not impressed so far. I ordered protein shake mix Sep 3rd. Didn't ship until Sep 9th. (When I emailed prior to Sep 9th to see why I hadn't received a shipping notice yet, I was told they'd had a big sale and were trying to catch up. Okay, I guess that happens.) FF to Sep 21st: still no shipment, and tracking info still says "in transit". So another email. 4 days, no reply, so I call, and get an answering service. Someone called back quickly, checked the tracking info and agreed it was still in transit. Also told me the manager was off until Monday, so that's when someone would call the shipping company. Apparently the manager is very important, and everything grinds to a halt in his/her absence. Clearly, price is not everything: had I known it would take this long, my regular outlet would have had product back in stock. Sure can't recommend this company.
Very poor experience. I waited 7 days with no updates or shipping info. After calling twice, I was finally told the product was out of stock. No communication, no follow-up — completely unprofessional.
They had stock of a very popular, hard to find item. I called to check their inventory and they answered promptly. Nice store and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Excellent service and product selection at this store. I’ve been shopping here for years, always able to find what I needed for myself and my kids, the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable in the products.
