I have nothing but praise for Dr. Possee and his crew.. Professional , caring and extremely knowledgeable. My wife and I have been at this clinic for 8 months and are blessed to have a group of doctors and nurses like this.
There is one Receptionist there that is pretty rude and needs to find a new job if she's that annoyed by questions. Doctors are hit or miss in regards to service. They push for appointments for referrals from the assigned fam doctor(even though its quicker to read the history and ask questions--wasting time for another appointment to get a specialist appointment which takes at least 2 wks to get a call) and appointments for refills. Public healthcare in Canada doesn't leave us with many good options.
I’m a patient under the name Alyssa. I pay LOADS of money for expensive prescriptions. I had a good first impression but the disrespect and lack of professionalism is UNACCEPTABLE. I had to wait over an HOUR as (Dr Simon’s Patient) and was given a lame apology, followed by a rushed and short appointment. I felt gaslighted throughout the whole appointment while talking about a loss, and he didn’t make me feel safe at all. Il be looking for another doctor! no patient should have to want to walk out mid appointment because the healthcare providers giving them emotional distress. DO BETTER.
Brought our baby son for his circumcision and was very happy with the procedure! Dr henein was amazing. All staff were friendly and supportive. Highly recommend.
Both of our sons receive care at Oak Lake and we have been very happy with the level of care they receive. Dr. Henein performed procedures for both boys, we were very happy with his level of professionalism during the procedure and follow-up, and with the outcomes.
Had a great experience from the start to finish. Dr. was very helpful and informative and offered lots of support if needed which we didn't. Everything looks great and has healed 100% with no complications.
Clean facility, really quick getting in, however I do not recommend going here for a walk-in when Dr Henein is away. Whomever filled in for him had possibly the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced and insisted that I did not need antibiotics. I went to another GP who found that I did, in fact, need to be on antibiotics. I will be sure to return only during times when Dr Henein or Nesseem are in the office.
From the beautiful facility to the absolute best staff. Amazing doctors with heart. Did not feel rushed whatsoever. Answered all my questions and gave the best possible advice. This place is an example of perfection. More med centers need to follow this formula. Wish I could give ten stars.
My doctor for the past few years. Always there when you needed. Extra care and and good knowledge of the trade. Last year he did a mini surgery on me, something that other doctors would have send me to emergency. The ladies at the desk (sorry... forgot the names) are also very helpful.
Went for my son's circumcision. Great doctor and absolutely lovely front desk staff and nurses.
