We hosted a birthday party here and everyone loved the experience. 5 stars for Eli and Juliana who were immensely helpful and made our experience amazing! They helped us set up, arrange everything and even pack up after party! Thank you so much for such great customer service!! 3.5 stars for the condition of the equipment. I saw many tears and those should be fixed. Otherwise, the place was tidy and nice for us to use.
My child is on the spectrum and was very excited to visit this place, but unfortunately it was poorly maintained. It was dirty, and several pieces of equipment were broken. They charge $25 plus tax, which is quite unreasonable given the condition of the facility.
Could be an awesome place. However it looks highly neglected. My family and I brought the kids to get away for the day, and a couple days later we all have hand foot and mouth. This place is clearly not being cleaned and sanitary the way they should be. Also a good percentage of the toys were broken or filthy/destroyed. I would say for the price you pay to get in it is not worth it at all.
It saddens me to leave this review as one of my children is autistic and we used to love it here. We haven’t been here since the old owner left (Tatiana) and what’s happened to the place is truly sad. It used to be so clean, organized and welcoming. Now all the toys/structures are broken, dirty and messy. This location is where we found our love for WRS, going on to visit the Brampton location when it launched. This is not on the young staff working (they are super kind) - this is on management and owners. We are paying $25+ PER child for broken toys and mess everywhere. When Tatiana was owner, we visited multiple times a year and spoke so highly of this place to others. This will unfortunately be the last time we spend $ here. (This is what it looked like when we arrived with only 2 other families there)
Use to come here often and generally always had a good experience but they have now hiked up their price to $25 per child for 2 hours. I have never had to pay this much for an indoor playground. The cost does not match the experience. The place doesn’t look as well kept anymore and seems dirty. Will not be returning.
We had my twins party there 2 weekends ago and it was honestly amazing! I feel so bad I cant remember the staffs name but they were great. The help they offered was great, and helped relieve some of the party stress. I love how to faculty has something to entertain all age groups! Our party varied from 1-16 year old's and everyone enjoyed themselves! I HIGHLY recommend hosting your birthday party here - especially if you have children with sensory sensitives. You can adjust everything to their preference!
Updating this review after a few years. Still an amazing place! We have hosted our daughter's birthday party here three years in a row. The kids love it. I love that we have the place to ourselves, so no strangers/unknowns or worried about security of our little guests. The staff who help with the party make it SO EASY for parents to be able to enjoy and spend time with the kids, or socialize with other parents. It's well worth the cost. This is an amazing, fun, inclusive place. No matter your child's abilities, they will have fun and be included here. The owners are amazing, compassionate people who will make sure your child has a fun, stimulating visit
