I ordered some specific food storage items (Souper Cubes brand) and they arrived surprisingly quickly and very securely packaged! I will definitely look here next time I need something kitchen-related. Feels much much much better to support a local business than buying through Amazon
This is with out a doubt THE best “ kitchen “ store! The ladies in the store go above and beyond with their customer service, helping in EVERY way possible to make your experience the best it could possibly be! The on line and in person shopping is exceptional! I have used both as I am quite a distance from the brick and mortar store. Great selection of kitchen ware and lovely gift selections as well! Kudos to Carol and her ladies!!!
They have beautiful tableware, lovely cups, and wonderful glasses. Not cheap — but worth it. There's also beautiful decor and lots of useful little things.
Me and my friends were there recently to browse some items to purchase for my mom. When I got in there I realized most items are just things you can find at Dollarama or Value Village up marked. More than that, the racist employees were following us around the store, and staring at us from behind aisles. The treatment was extremely unfriendly and were pressuring us to leave the store. At the end of the day, does not surprise me since the store is run by racists. Would not recommend. Value Village is a 10 minute drive away. Edit response to owner: I was 100% in your store in downtown Oakville on 3rd October 2024, I am not confused. Your "personal service" is horrible and you need to give your employees training on how not to behave with customers and openly display their racism. How long you have been in DT Oakville does not matter.

They have a wonderful supply of everything that you would need for your kitchen or entertaining. It is pricey, but they need to be to pay rent in on Lakeshore. They have saved me more than once when I am making something for the first time and don't have the proper tool.
