I bought a Tracker bag there. I used it for two weeks and the strap came apart. I called the store to return it they said they do not have any warranty on this product. They would not accept my bag or even exchange it for another one. They gave me the number for the Bentley head office. I have tried numerous times to get through each time the phone rings a message comes on saying there are no customer service agents available please call back later. Needless to say no one ever answers. I would avoid this store. Their products are poor and customer service is lacking.
I was in need of a solution to travel with suits on a long haul as a carry on and not to have to need to carry them in my checked baggage. It was short notice and I needed to buy luggage within a few days. The lady at the store was super friendly and super helpful, I can’t thank her enough as she even let me test the bags with my suit so that I could see how the suit would be carried etc. Super helpful and a credit to the store. A delight to have been given such attentive expert help and assistance. Truly a credit to the Bentley store and Bentley team.
Good selection, one of the staff explaind that they are changing the focus of the store towards luggage. Large discounts on items that they will no longer be stocking. If you need a purse, go there now!
