5 stars!!!!! First time here and can’t wait to come back and see Sophie again. She went above and beyond for me during my massage. THANK U SOPHIE! If you’re a fan of stronger pressure or deep-tissue, go now. Worth every penny :)
Went for a couples massage and there was little to no communication on where to go/what to do. They just assumed people have been there before. Also insulted me and my boyfriend. Do not recommend.
We went for a couple Swedish massage to this place and came back with pain that never even existed. I was expecting a light to moderate pressure for Swedish massage but it was just too much for me. It was okay for my husband but it was not relaxing at all. The biggest concern was not being able to communicate with them as the masseuse only understood yes or no. I relied on such good reviews but was totally disappointed.
Not good. All other reviews are great so not sure why but I did not have a good experience. The massage was very random. She would go from one side to the other but wouldn’t do the same section that she had just had worked on, on the other side. And she wore gloves, which I have not experienced at other places.
We went to for message and can not claim for the insurance, so we pay out of our pocket. I don’t know why we can not claim for the insurance and I am guessing It is because they do not have registered massagers; I am wondering how can they do the business without having an insured massager. Absolutely not going to this place for the second time.
Poor management. I booked my appointment few days in advance and when I went there I have been told that they didn't make a note of my appointment. They just wasted my time
2nd time I went to this place. 1st time was a great experience and she asked me to give her a 5 star review in exchange for a free half an hour foot massage the next time we came in. She then proceeded to make up excuses and say that we needed to pay full price when she had told us the price would be the same as last time and tried to charge more. Then wouldn’t do the free foot massage as promised with out asking me for more money. We just agreed to get on with it even though that was very scammy and fraudulent. We went in for a couples massage and they were being so rude this time around. Talking In there own language and making jokes and laughing. Answering text messages and the door bell several times In the middle of the massage. Taking phone calls booking appointments. Insulting my wife, and as much as gave me a horrible massage knowing perfectly very well how good she was at Massage really. Seemed like she pushed really hard and left my body in agonizing pain. Be careful with this professional scam artist. I’d say going there once for the first time is not a bad idea but don’t trust the second one. Lucy was the massage ladies name. The other girl has no idea what she’s doing. Wife hated it both times.
