Oakville's longest running metaphysical store. I've been going here for years and the owners and staff are the best. Atmosphere is so calming, it's nice to just go in to de stress. :-)
Really disappointed with their customer service. I got one of their rings for Christmas and on the first wear it snapped. When I went to return it (during the return period) they gave me 20% off my next purchase rather than doing anything about the ring. We have been frequent customers here for a while and I’m quite disappointed they did not do more to rectify the problem.
Been going here for years now, as it is my only local rock store, and tho the signage has always made me uncomfortable, the ladies that work there have always been awesome and super knowledgeable. However any time the owner has been there the energy has been off, hence alllllllllllllll signs. Today, I came in with my husband, who happens to be a person of colour, for the first time, and I witnessed the owner whisper to the girl working the front before she then informed us that they now "have a new policy" and must that i must leave my bag (purse) at the front in order for me to shop there! Needless to say, we chose to leave. The most ironic part is, I was there with $500 in pocket, to buy my son "all the crystals" to take with him on his move to a new country. I will no longer be recommending this local business to any of my students, family, friends or customers. Lesson learned. Alway trust your guts. Always..
Over priced, everything is off of amazon, and then doubled and some (check for yourself, Google lense). Greed=bad energy, definately not the place you want to go for your crystals.
It's amazing and their crystals are real! They have insence, crystals, pendulums and more! This place is so nice and their employees are so nice!! I recommend this place :)
Great selection of stones. Vibe upon entering was amazing. Two female staff neither of which were wearing masks, shields or coverings or any sort of PPE. One girl was very welcoming and informative. She opened the cabinets for us and invited us to choose what caught our eye. She also listened and made suggestions on what my wife was looking for. The other staff not so welcoming. Our original staff member stepped away to help a customer. When my wife and I seen another interesting piece we were promptly told not to touch the cases and to ask for assistance. Did not see us continuing to browse an issue as early customer was browsing in the same manor as us. Vibe of the store was promptly lost as we paid for what we had and exited the store.
Its really into the concept of connecting. I like that, just not the price. However, if you want to bring different pieces into your home, its one of the best stores for variety I have seen.
