Used this company to move from Edmonton to Montreal. The initial contact with the Edmonton Agent was very good (Stallion), professional and courteous sales agent, answered all questions and respond back very quickly. But in the end, the move was not done by them. AMJ Campbell showed up to do the packing, the 2 packers were quick and courteous, no damage to the stuff they packed and nothing missing, just a bit disorganized, some boxes were not labeled at all and some others were not labeled properly, so on delivery, we were not sure in which room they went or what was in some boxes until they were opened. The pickup team arrived over 2 hours late and they were only 2 (I was used to a team of 3 in the past), so it took a long time to wrap and take all the furniture. The arrival team came within the scheduled timeframe, but once again was only a team of 2, so took all day to bring everything in, so you need to have a lot of patience. Two pieces of furniture were damaged sometime in the transition, plus several scratches to the hard wood floor on arrival, so have to go through the pain of a claim. The unpacking team was a team of 3, they were quick and took everything out no issues. You get charged the moment they have a final weight, in my case about 1 week before delivery. The final bill was a bit higher than the quote (they used more boxes to pack, and the fuel surcharge was a higher rate). All in all not a great experience compared to a prior long-term move which went very well with a different company. Had an uncomfortable feeling from the initial pickup to the final delivery.

I had moved my stuff from Edmonton to Brampton in july took them a month from the pick up date to deliver the stuff. I was travelling with a baby so was very inconvenient as they kept changing and delaying the delivery date. The day I received my shipment my glassware was broken, my fans were damaged, the tupperware boxes were broken and missing one box. No responsibility was taken by the delivery guy said to contact the office. On contacting them the sales agent jen kirsh sent me a claims form and told me it will take 4-6 weeks. Followed up with them 4 weeks later some anita lady sends me settlement offer of $20 for things worth $700 and says thats all i get accept it or leave it. I refuse to take $20.would like to warn everyone never hire this company please they are ripp offs and unprofessional and unapologetic people they have no offices so you dont know who to go to. Please do not waste ur time and money with this company. They are thugs who steal ur stuff and will give you $20 settlement for things that emotional value and monetary value. I lost all my artwork my pictures and coffe table.

Curtis, the driver, handled our possessions with care both unloading and loading. He had a great crew with him at both ends who were patient with me during the unloading process. Even though I had imagined where I wanted everything, the guys had no complaints as I requested a couple of changes because things didnt look like Id imagined. Made a stressful time easierto get through. Thank you all!

Atlas Van Lines Canada did a great job with my move! Very careful and efficient. Very willing to please and accommodate! Would hire them again!

Used Atlas Van Lines for a move from PEI to Ontario in 2012. Terrible experience, awful customer service. Unloaded boxes without checking them off properly, leaving us with a missing box and with an extra item (little wicker footstool) that wasn't ours. Conveniently, one missing box was of DVD box sets valued at $1500. They came to pick up the footstool that weren't ours, but refused to acknowledge missing box, stating we got the "right number of items"... except we didn't because we had the footstool that weren't ours! Multiple attempts were made to resolve this issue with both Atlas Van Lines and Foley's Transfer Inc. (PEI-based). They claimed this box never existed, insinuating that we were trying to scam them. Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional service. To say I'm bitter and anger is an understatement, considering I'm writing this 6 years later.
