I needed new strings for my bass guitar and a set up, low action. They did an amazing job. The staff was friendly and open to my questions. I am more inspired to play my bass with this set up. Love it !!!
First time there, would definitely go back again or order through their website. Great selection and service and had a great conversation with Scott, he seems very knowledgeable and friendly. After I went and visited a larger music store. One employee said hi to me. All the employees seemed much more interested in talking to each other than mingling with potential customers. I will definitely stick to the independent stores like Gear Music.
I brought my 12 string guitar for string change. They did it on spot at a great price too. Very happy with their work & also very friendly staff. Will definitely go back there
This store is phenomenal! It was my first time there today and I had a great experience! I felt welcome and comfortable while browsing and trying out a few different guitars. There are a great variety of guitars at all price points but I found at least one absolute gem. The people that work there have a wealth of knowledge and are true professionals, definitely check them out!
Instantly feeling like family, I have never felt more heard, cared for, or trusting through a purchase experience of any kind. Genuine, caring, thoughtful, and honest, the Gear team (Scott in particular), made the first of what will be many transactions with Gear Music nothing short of easy and exciting. We left with my son’s first guitar inspired, itching to start, and hungry to learn. Thank you team, for laying a solid foundation for us, and one that will continue to be built upon over a lifetime!
Just came in on a Saturday and they took my old guitar in and gave it some much needed attention after so many years and Keith and Taylor were absolutely awesome with assisting me and I will definitely be coming back here as my go to shop. 10/10 would recommend
Incredible local store. People are so nice and guitars are amazing quality. Went today to get a setup and they took one look at it and said there was just a small tweak with the neck. Went to the back for 2 minutes and the problem I was experiencing disappeared. Didn't even charge me! These guys are top notch and if you're looking to support local businesses (which everyone should) support this one!
