Love this store! Particularly because it’s Canadian, with more great quality products made by Canadians, with staff who are friendly, helpful (I mean just today, one of the cashiers - not the lane I was in, came over to offer to help me pack. The other day another staff member walked me to exactly where the product I was looking for), and knowledgeable. They are not afraid of my questions and take time to answer them. I don’t ever feel rushed in the store. The staff genuinely seem like they care about healthy & quality products and our environment and take pride in what they do. It may not carry many of the same typical products you would see in the American store (WF) but better and healthier options. It is smaller but I like that. I’m grateful that we have something like this in Canada and not to have the market dominated by a specific brand. Avril in Quebec is also a good example for being locally based. My photo is of the apple crisp snacks made in store. It’s dehydrated with absolutely nothing added to it, no sugar, no oil, no artificial flavours. Great tasting snack! Thank you!
“I bought B12 and D3 at the store at around 1:00 p.m. on November 26, 2025. I didn’t check the expiration date carefully at the time, and I trusted the store’s reputation too much. I only discovered today that B12 has already expired and D3 will also expire in one month.But I am currently traveling in another country and have no way to buy a new one. How can the store resolve this issue?”
The team is incredible -- they're genuinely kind and care to help. Kudos to Matt and the management team for fostering a great customer service environment. Jared went above and beyond to help me when he was busy with other tasks. Incredible, and so unexpected.
It’s so good to know you can get quality foods at this place. I would rather spend at a place like this than a big grocery chain that gives you consistent lower quality at consistently higher prices. I.e. I find it difficult to trust Loblaws and others- they should look after their customers better by rewarding them more fairly.
I had a bad experience with Mary D, the cashier with a South African accent in her late 40s. She lacked basic customer service skills, and the interaction was disappointing. I won’t be going to her lane if I shop here again.
For the last 10 years, my family has gone out of our way to come up to the Newmarket Nature's Emporium! With my family's different diet needs, it has been incredible to shop in a place where we know everything we could need would be there. This location has a full grocery store, only the freshest organic produce, a fantastic hot food table for lunch and dinner (plus seating if you want to have a bite to eat so that you don't shop while hangry), as well as wholistic nutrients, vitamins, and supplements - basically everything you could think of. Well done, Nature's Emporium! Thanks for caring for my family all these years!
Well managed and well kept location. Staff are friendly and knowledgable on the products. They have a fantastic selection of olive oils , unadulterated , single origin and organic options. Also a wide variety of barbecue sauces and hot sauces. Like all health food stores pricing is on the high side , with 1 single avocado costing $4.00, however, as the saying goes you get what you pay for. Hopefully, one day the world can find a way to make the food that is the best for you cost less or even the same as the crap thats out there at a fraction of the price. Sure you can find a Litre of Olive Oil for $10.00 but it’s fake and inflammatory. The plaza gets busy so finding parking close by might be tight. Its easy to get inside the plaza but harder to get out. There are several speed bumps and stop signs which slows the flow of traffic.
