I recently ordered naan from Nawazish, and unfortunately, due to an issue with their oven, the naan arrived later than expected and wasn’t up to their usual high standard. What really impressed me, however, was how professionally and thoughtfully the staff handled the situation. When I called to report the issue, they were courteous, attentive, and immediately prepared fresh naan, personally delivering it to our home. While the initial experience was disappointing, their prompt response and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. It’s clear that Nawazish values their customers and goes the extra mile to make things right.

I tried the Koela Chicken at Nawazish Restaurant and it was outstanding. The smoky aroma, rich spices, and bold Pakistani-style flavour made the dish unforgettable. Their naan was the best and tastiest I’ve ever had, soft and fresh, and the dal was incredibly delicious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Fresh food, great service, and amazing flavour — highly recommend!
I wish I could give them ten stars had the veal biryani , kunna and katakat for take out it was the best ever. very authentic and spot on . Not gonna lie had friends over for a couple of drinks and they stayed for dinner they loved the food too. Best night for takeout we had a blast . Thank you very much keep up the good work . Best veal biryani for sure .
Absolutely fantastic place. More than enough food and each piece of the bbq platter was unique and delicious. I may have a low spice tolerance but nothing was too much for even someone like me (the mango lassi helped too).
It was an ok experience not very good or bad Food was also not that good and can be improved. Menu had the mention and picture of yellow daal and we assumed it is lentil or maash or tadka but it was Chana daal (completely different from the pic). We did tell the waiter there to let customers know what kind of daal it is. Bbq was also ok Biryani was good but i wish i can explain all restaurants that having a biryani portion of 4 people but have two pieces of big meat is not good. In back home we always have multiple small pieces of meat (chicken) so people can eat without fighting for 2 piece. Improvement needed for sure in food and service
I really love the food here. It’s just a shame they stopped serving the veal biryani - it was always my favorite menu item of all. I really hope they bring it back!
Tried this restaurant for the first time, and hands down, their biryani is one of the best Karachi biryanis you’ll find. In Karachi slang — this is BAAP LEVEL biryani!
