I love bringing in my shepherd mix in for a bath and brush out she loves the employees alone they take great care of my baby and I can trust them when we walk by they always bring her a treat
Amazing local business with the nicest owners. I used to go here with my cat and they always remembered us, went above and beyond in offering to order products for us, and really making us feel special. These people care about your pets and are an amazing addition to the community! Absolutely support them and shop local. By far my favourite pet store in Oakville. :)
The experience here is always above and beyond. The selection is large and I have lots of options even with two cats that have dietary restrictions. She asked if I was going to continue buying the one specific cat food I've been routinely buying lately so she could make sure they kept it in stock for me. Today I had to send my partner to get cat food and she recognized him from the times he's gone in with me and made sure he was getting the right kind as there's two very similar bags. You can tell they really care about customer satisfaction and they make an effort to remember return customers.
