Had an awesome experience here today with my Chihuahua she had her teeth cleaned in 45 minutes no sedation no bloodwork no inoculations just in and out. I haven’t taken my dog for two years to get her teeth done because it’s so scary at the vet all the things you have to do and the money you have to spend and sedating her comes with risks!!!! this was great thank you so much . We’ll be back!!!
I’m so happy I came across this incredible Pet Shop. I attend physiotherapy in the Plaza and Moka and I went for a walk around the Plaza and we stumbled upon this Shop. As we walked in we were greeted by Heather who is so kind and lovely. She treated my Moka boy so well. I was also so impressed by the great selection of single treats with so many exotic/wild animal choices like - baby octopus, frog legs, emu sticks etc.. MOKA loved the frog leg!!!? It was so much fun bringing MOKA in here today. I also got him a meatloaf and I love the Natural flea and tick preventative treatment they offer. We’re going to try it. There’s just soooo many great natural, healthy food and supplement options. Heather - was very kind and knowledgeable about the products. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Moka and I will be back soon.
Been dealing with Back to the Bone for years. Good products and staff is very helpful. I’ve always found they will do their utmost to meet my needs and special requests. I’m a big believer in raw feeding and the proof to me is in my dogs health and minimal vet bills….Back to the Bone makes feeding them raw an easier process than I had many years ago when I first started.
I came in here for the first time a couple of days ago, just curious about their products. The sales associate was super friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me free samples because I was unsure if my cat will like it. Well my cat is now obsessed with the samples and you can tell how healthy and organic they are. Definitely coming back to buy. The best selection of raw pet food around! Our pup loves coming in here to get her food. The staff are so friendly and we love the in house made line of products (pets in the kitchen) to supplement our pups food with so she gets all the nutrition she needs. Healthy snacks - raw, baked and dried, and a great variety of clean supplements. Highly recommend by Winter the dog!
