I went to Julia for the first time to have baby photos done a week ago and although I do not have the photos yet my experience was amazing she is the sweetest kindest person. She took great care with my granddaughter and I know the photos will be amazing. I recommend 100% to anyone looking for a relaxed environment and someone who takes great pride in what she does. Julia was patient with my family .. she also took some good shots … my reason for leaving this review is 1 .photos we’re not delivered on time as promised and I had to reach out to get them .. and 2 . All the pictures looked the same … there were little to no edits on the pictures .. I reached out to her and she said this is her style to add the same edit to all the photos … this was my families first time experiencing fall and I am so disappointed with how these photos came out .. when I called Julia I explained to her the look I was going for … I even told her the park I wanted to go to .. I told her I wanted a sunset shoot to capture a certain look … she told me not to worry she had all the equipment to capture the look I want any time of the day … that was not the case … again .. the photos are beautiful… but her edits are very plain also the time to wait for the photos are ridiculous. Would I use her again … only if I am going for a plain background photo but nothing for fall , chiromancy or any other holidays because she is not a good editor .to be fair she was very patient with my family during the shoot .
Amazing work! We did our newborn shoot last week and Julia was so patient with him. We didn't feel rushed when he needed a break to take a feed and she made him feel calm throughout the photoshoot. We did our daughters newborn photoshoot 3 years ago and it was wonderful to be back in the studio. The pictures turned out beautiful. Highly recommend!
Due to covid we were unable to do a traditional newborn photo shoot. Julia was wonderful in accommodating us outdoors in a beautiful park where she did a combination of newborn and family photos. We were so pleasantly surprised when she arrived with a wide variety of props and outfits to capture newborn photos as best as possible. Julia was very patient with both kids and very good at calming the baby. Julia was wonderful at guiding us into natural positions, making us feel at ease, never rushing and coming up with creative positions. We loved the end result and have received many compliments on the photos. We look forward to working with Julia again in the future.
UPDATE November, 2023: I keep going to her mini sessions for Christmas every year even although I now live in Guelph. Pictures always turn out amazing. You get SO MANY pictures for the cost and she is always so patient and so good with the kids, helping them to smile and to look cute for the pictures. Last year, my 2-year-old kept crying the whole session, and he did not want to collaborate at all... However, when I got the pictures, I was so impressed at the results, you cannot tell that he was misbehaving, not sure how she does it, but she managed to take good shots that you would never imagine what was going on... LOL Cannot wait to see the photos for this year! October/2016 review: Amazing experience. I absolutely love their pictures. They were really patient with my baby and paid attention to every little detail... I couldn't be happier!!
