After over working my ankle and seeing 2 different sports physiotherapist and one medial physiotherapist for over 4 months with no improvement I got very down thinking that I could never get back to playing basketball. Was searching online and reading articles about Achilles tendinitis when I came across Sheddon. Got in touch with them and they have supported me from then on and I could already feel a big difference (60% better) in just 2 months. They have the best support system. Did I tell you that I live in Hong Kong and our conversations takes place over Instagram through pictures and sharing articles. I highly recommend all you Canadians to take advantage of this wonderful facility that you have . *not jealous at all
I highly recommended sheddon. It is a wonderful clinic. I have been going to there for about 3 years now, for different injuries, and all injuries short lived because of the incredible care I am given, and effective rehab provided. Sheddon always goes above and beyond when it comes to helping me recovery. Even after moving to Grimsby, I continue to travel to Oakville to receive treatment, no other clinic compares. Sheddon feels like home, and I have been lucky enough to be treated by a Dana, Mitch, Jason John, and the amazing Jennee, thank you so much for always being there for me and my bandaid body - even when I lose confidence in what my body is capable of, you are always diligent in helping me recover and always encouraging me to get back out there.
The best physio clinic around. After my knee issues I didnt think I would get back to playing soccer. Dana and his crew made it possible! Cannot say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend!!
