I am at Uber driver when I came to pickup one food order. One of employee speak very rude and aggressively. We also do delivery but we are always very kind and reapect full all day with every one. Unexpected.
The food was pretty good. Ordered a large hala pepperoni pizza with mushrooms and some breadsticks on the side. The pizza was amazing and cooked well. It was one of the best pizza I tasted. Their sauces are also really good
Ordered a pizza that was never delivered. When I complained, the person at the store basically called me a liar, because his driver told him that he had delivered the order. He never did! Call center... they were not able to solve the issue. Pizzaville on Dundas/Neyagawa never again!!!
I don’t know who makes my pizza (11” xtra thin crust with bocconcini, goat, sundried tomato, and kalamata olives) but he does a fantastic job! I don’t like much crust and pizza is never under or over done. I’ve had the exact same order from a different location and they didn’t make it the same. Very tasty, great job chef!
Hello, I am a frequent customer at that location. I normally ordered pizza through the app because they tend to take much longer to make the pizza than what they normally say. Today, the app was not working so I went in person to order. I was in the store for 35 minutes, but my food was still not ready. There have been times where I've waited an hour for pick up. I don't think the owner Imran or his employees understand the value of their customer's time. I got fed up and asked how much longer it would take for my order and they told me 10-15 more minutes. I looked at the individual making the pizza and told him that I want my money back. Unlike any other restaurant I've gone to, this employee rudely tells okay take your money. Instead of trying to speak to his customer in a professional manner, he outbursts on me while HIM and his co-workers were singing Indian songs instead of focusing on their job. I have never been amazed at how rude him and the Owner Imran was. They did not offer any form of apology or credit to make up for the excessive time they spent. I didn't get my pizza, and I did leave with money. It was 'too' much work for the employee and owner to put the money back on my card, so they gave me cash. I don't understand how a massive chain such as Pizzaville is unable to return a customer's money on their credit card. I am baffled at how rude and obnoxious the restaurant is. I visit the store twice a week. They've lost my business completely. I don't understand how employees are able to talk like that to customers. I work in customer service and know that if there is a delay in the service being provided, you offer an apology and empathize with the customer. Absolutely horrible.
