I purchased a pot filler Jan 2023 and had it installed. Ive experienced several small issues with it. I contacted customer service and every time I bring up an issue its been addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner. This last time, I noticed my potfiller tarnish and it was also coming off the wall because it was very stiff at the joints. Opened a ticket and it was addressed right away by Adel.
