Always can’t print posters after 6pm please specify online or in store notice will appreciate it. That was my third visit for same thing and same kind of reasons. I was initially sorry for her how she was being treated by customer, but I guess tonight I learned why customers are behaving the way they are. She even told me that she can’t take my order in store to print the poster for tomorrow so that I can just come and pick, doesn’t even care to show me or direct me how to do it. She just one answer SORRY FOR THAT.
Halfway through a large self seve copy job, copier stopped. Technician could not get printer going so she printed the remainder behind counter at no charge. Nice compensation for delay. Thank you.

Very disappointing service. I was looking for a product and employee could not tell me if it was on the shelf, did not offer to find it at another store or check online to see if Staples even carried the product.
Great location although it feels and looks Like a warehouse.. Idk maybe the scuffed floorscmakes it feel that way. Regardless. I likes.. It's close By.
Again, I successfully photocopied what I needed. But I hate the way the self-serve copiers work. Why?.... If you have to fuss around with your originals the machine times out and you have to reset all your special settings (black & white, paper size, % reduction, double sided etc). If a copy is screwed up because of the way the machine works, you pay for it regardless. And the machines are often near empty of toner. I have to sdmit the staff seems friendly when they help you, but often they are quite busy with people at the counter.
