Policaro goes above and beyond! I may not know much about cars but I can feel the difference in my car after every oil change or major repair. It feels smoother, turns in a way that seems softer but you still get that speed and control. It sounds more like a hum rather than a guy with a sore throat. I won’t pretend to understand any of this but I will say I’m very happy with the service I’ve receive. I have a 2016 Mazda and I drive it HARD. The fact they treat it like any other car is amazing in my books. High recommend! Also, the staff is wonderful, Samantha is always there to help and explain everything so you understand and if she can’t explain, a mechanic will. Plus, have you seen their display! Sexiest Lamborghini! THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!

I brought my car in for an oil change, and less than five minutes and under 3 km after leaving the shop, my engine spun a rod bearing — during a drive where I did not exceed 3,000 rpm. This car had no prior issues, is at 120,000 km, and has had oil changes every 5,000 km. When I returned the following day, I was told by the shop’s BMW specialist that there was “absolutely no way” their work caused the failure and that it was simply a coincidence. They also acknowledged finding metal in the oil filter the following day but said none had been present the day before when they changed the oil. I reviewed dashcam footage and saw a technician immediately take my car on a test drive directly after the oil change. Within one minute of starting the engine, they accelerated hard onto South Service Road, putting the car at full boost and high rpm, and then continued to accelerate heavily around Wyecroft Road, reaching speeds up to 100 km/h. The oil was nowhere near operating temperature at that point. Since then, other shops have inspected the vehicle and confirmed that this problem occurs due to oil deprivation. This issue followed earlier problems with an intercooler installation at the same shop. They initially received the wrong J-pipe, forcing me to return the following week while my car sat with a temporary part. When I first picked it up, the front bumper was not properly secured — sagging by about an inch in the center. I was told it was fine, but they later admitted the mistake and re-secured it, leaving four unnecessary holes drilled into my brand-new bumper. On top of that, they did not use the stencil I had paid extra for. While this shop has a reputation for working on high-value cars, I expected the same level of care and respect for mine. Seeing my car driven harder on a cold engine than I have ever driven it myself was disheartening, and my overall experience fell far short of the professionalism I anticipated.

Throughout the entire process, she kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring I was always up to date on the status of my vehicle. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to their customers, and Samantha made the experience stress-free and efficient. Asked for the labor cost to fit an exhaust valve controller. Waited 4 days for a reply so ended up driving in to see them only to be told instantly when I walked in it will be 2 hours at $150 an hour ! 1. Why not email me if you had the answer 2 why are you charging $150 an hour That’s the service you get after 3 years of business to them. No more I’m voting with my feet!
