In my opinion this must be the worst real estate agency in Oakville. Especially a certain, very rude, Mr. Riffat Hussain who should not be allowed to speak to clients in any way, form or manner. I suggest that you stay away from this firm and use another real estate firm in Oakville. If I could give negative stars I would have.
I've just dealt with Kirk Fournier of the Wilma Fournier team, apparently the top team in the brokerage, and they were really great. Compared to other realtors they seem to have it down to a science as far as the juggling of selling and buying, which in my opinion is the whole point of a realtor, more should be proficient in that; your home selling when they tell you it will sell and for the price they say etc.
