Had a wonderful experience here today and was helped by Joe, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. I actually asked him if he was the owner because of the level of care he put into helping me. At one point, Joe even suggested I could buy the shoe I needed from a competitor if it meant getting the right fit, which speaks volumes about his integrity and customer-first attitude. Because of his exceptional service, I chose not to do that and instead purchased through him when he found the exact style I wanted in my size and arranged to order it into the store for me. This was my very first time visiting a Running Room, and after this experience, I won’t be buying running shoes anywhere else. Exceptional service like this is rare — thank you for such a positive first visit
I was so happy to find this store. If you have flat feet, or it hurts when you walk, they have such a wide collection and something for everyone. I got the 'beast' shoes instead of the highly recommended Hoka shoes. Glad I found these pair of shoes, saved my feet
Good prices in the store, however I fail to understand why there is a no return policy on sale items. It appears that they are not committed to stand behind the product they are selling in their store.
Like running room but over few months their options on shoes are lesser and closing down more locations in GTA...mostly going into online offerings and cant find the right fit or size at the open stores...not worth the drive away from home and figuring out they dont have them in stores!
Lady here was very helpful. She took a look at my feet and showed me what shoes worked best for me. Unfortunately they didn't have much of a selection for my size. But she was great! Wasn't looking for my money. She genuinely wanted to help and educate me on how to pick out the right shoes. Thank you so much for that!
If you’re looking for genuine help finding athletic shoes don’t go to this store. I was asked what kind of shoe and my response was black Adidas with three white stripes. The sales person then mocked me said I could look online. She had Never seen Adidas in any other colour. Hmmm check your competitors websites. That’s where I will shop for all athletic wear. Xmas time is not the best time to turn off customers. Customer Service Training seriously needed.
