I've just dropped in this UPS Store to drop off a document envelope and asked the staff looking like the owner for some envelopes, but he refused to give me some UPS envelopes, saying "We're not UPS. We're just a store." No idea what he was saying, but DO NOT expect good customer service from this "NO UPS Store". BTW, aren't these document envelopes given to UPS customers for free?
Amazing service. Ikram is the best. For all your shipping or scanning needs. Staples wanted to charge us $170 for half the files that UPS scanned and UPS costs $25 + tax for everything. Thank you again Ikram.
The gentleman (sorry don't know his name) glasses little heavy is very helpful. Been here 4 times so far and he has provided great services. I see why the have a 4.8 this location deserves it.
Ive been coming to this UPS location since I was a teen. The store is pricr-friendly - cheaper printing services than Staples. This place has the BEST customer service - thank you Mark for your dedication, care and resourcefulness to your clients, and friendly demeanor - always greets me with a smile! Definitely recommend this store.
The staff here are always very friendly and helpful. Michael especially is so kind and detailed with his work. He does quick turnarounds and is lovely to deal with.

Dave and Mike really came through to ensure my shipment of home made root beer made it from Oakville to Alberta in time for our family party. They followed up with me to confirm everything went well. It sure did.. They'd helped my dad and nephew pack the cases super-carefully so every precious drop made it West. I'm most grateful for their superior customer focus and attention to detail.
