I booked 2 Thai head massages as a birthday gift for a friend. When we arrived we were told that one person was stuck in traffic. We completely understood and wasn’t an issue. We were brought to a room which was freezing cold and there was no heat. The one person proceeded to do the scalp test and the lack of English could not even tell us what they were looking for or results. In hindsight it was absolutely useless. Again freezing cold we were told to lay on the table. No heat pad nothing a freezing experience all throughout. The tech decided to start working on both of us till the other tech arrived. 30 mins, 45 mins over an hour and the other tech did not arrive. Obviously not in traffic. The 2nd tech never came. It was so cold as there were delays between each step as she was managing 2 of us at the same time. Not her fault as the other person didn’t show. We could not communicate as English was not known. We were both fed up as now we were over 2 hours trying to get through a Thai head massage and freezing cold. We refused the blow drying etc and decided to leave. Checking out they wanted to charge much more than quoted, did not want to compensate for the fact of it taking over 2 hours and steps missing. It was just a horrible experience over all. Sent a message to the manager and no acknowledgement no response. Horrible way to conduct business. I would not recommend. If there had been an apology I would have left it but everyone should know how business is conducted here.
Absolutely garbage, horrible service although I confirmed and booked online, travelled for an hour and they were closed, do not trust this business this is fraud!
Thai Head Massage Injury – No Response from Management I was gifted a Thai Head Massage at this spa, which unfortunately left me with a serious neck injury. I had clearly indicated medium pressure on the intake form, but no one reviewed it, and the therapist used excessive pressure throughout the session — without any communication about how I was feeling or what he was doing. Parts of the service were also skipped, including the before-and-after scalp analysis that’s supposed to be part of the experience. Since that appointment on October 3rd, I’ve been dealing with neck pain, headaches, and dizziness, and have been under the care of a neurologist and vestibular therapist. My wife emailed the spa to explain what happened, but we never received a response. It’s very disappointing that a place meant for relaxation caused such pain and then failed to acknowledge our concerns. I truly hope management improves their training, safety, and communication standards so no one else goes through this experience.
My first time at this spa, but definitely won’t be my last! The spa is breathtakingly beautiful and super clean! The front desk coordinator is so lovely and makes booking appointments and payments so easy! I had the traditional Moroccan Hammam with Amal and it was an out of this world experience! She was so sweet and kind and made me feel comfortable the entire time and my skin was soft and glowy for days! I will definitely be back and will make this experience part of my maintenance routine! Highly recommend!! :)
My First time at Il Bacio Spa and I have to say just an amazing experience. My nails have never looked so beautiful!! Everyone is super friendly and the spa is veryyy clean. I am a medical aesthetician myself and everything down to the last detail just stood out to me. As soon as you walk in it smells very nice and relaxing! Thank you for taking such good care of me I will definitely be back!
Got a Thai head massage from Joella. She was very knowledgeable and gave me helpful advice on keeping my hair and scalp healthy. I got a wonderful massage along with an add on treatment. I will be returning for other services at this spa!
Loved my experience at the spa- ambiance and vibe was unique and authentic. Got the head massage and glow-up facial. Would HIGHLY recommend the facial treatments. Never had such a fantastic facial -Like the name said I was glowing right after. Can’t wait to go back. All the staff were super friendly.
