I had the worst expeprience with these guys. I spent over $20,000 and the only item I bought that was USED from them was an oven for $3,900 instead of buying a new for $5,000 which ended up breaking immediately.. These guys have the worst customer service when you have issues. They are only friendly when they are selling to you. I was refered to by a good friend so I thought I was in good hands only to find out these are proffesional scammer. After being ignored by phone and emails I did some more digging and learned that they buy scrap from the garbage and sell it as used with one month warranty. They will delay getting back to you if you call within one month and then when the one month is over they will tell you its no longer under warranty and give you a referal to a tech who only accepts cash (RAMESH) and won't attend as soon as you mention any other payment method. John and Gabe are not nice people. Truly disapointing that these people can remain in business with these ethics.

I would give a zero if I could. He sold me a conveyor double stacked pizza oven for $5500 and it did not work from the day he dropped it off. The make matters worse he picked up the unit from a location did no maintenance on it and dropped it off at our restaurant and have had nothing but problems since the day he dropped it off without even looking at it. All this unit has done is cost me money. Bad business to sell without first checking especially when you out your trust in them.
