In the last 2 weeks I had to grab a taxi at the go station to work twice because the bus driver was late arriving to my stop and did not call the bus to hold it. that is 28$ on top of my bus fare because a bus driver did not follow protocol, or follow through on his responsibility. i am now filled with anxiety when on the bus and constantly checking my watch.
You get some nice drivers, and you get some really Grumpy drivers. A majority of the bus seats are extremely filthy and the bus drivers (not all) will drive past you when you are waiting to catch the bus. When your bus is late and you ask a driver to call ahead for your connection bus to wait , its most likely going to be a reply of Sorry, I cant do that.
We arrived at the office to drop of a Care-A-Van application for my elderly mother in law just as they closed. A lovely woman on her way out of the office took the application in for me and left it with the appropriate department. We live an hour away and her assistance was greatly appreciated!!
