I don't think I have the proper words to express how WONDERFUL the staff are. We used to live in Oakville and moved 30 minutes west but still kept them as our vet. We made the right decision. Dr. McKinnon (she was extremely compassionate when we had to end the life of our boy Courage due to cancer), Dr. Garcia (who our boy Ollie LOVES to go see, regardless of what poking and prodding needs to be done to him) Margaret, Kandis, and ALL the staff are truly amazing. When we lost our boy Courage in November, they ALL went above and beyond. Our eldest Ollie is 11 and not doing well and his treatment has been nothing short of spectacular. Their kindness and caring is what makes them different than all the rest. I hope Dr. Zenker realizes how truly wonderful his staff are. Have only been here once so far to bring our African Grey for a check up. Staff were all so friendly and helpful and very informative.
I took my skinny pig, Mortimer, here after I noticed his eye wasn't doing so well. The staff were insanely friendly and helpful! It was a little expensive, but of course vet care anywhere will be expensive. Morty is doing much better now thanks to everyone here!

I give burloak zero stars dr mckinnon removed my guinea pigs bottom incisors and roots without my permission and as a result he lost a lot of weight and has to be hand fed for the rest of his life now. He was a lot healthier before I brought him to burloak. I regret bringing him here. She didnt even have the curtesy to call and check up on him at all. First they mess up your pets health, take your money and then forget about you.
