Been coming here since they opened with my girlfriend to experience the viral claw games!! We've never had a negative experience with the machines and it's a great place for a date night, to bring your kids, or to host a birthday. They also offer rare confectionary products like chips, candies, drinks! Great addition to DT Oakville.
I came here today with my daughter as apart of her bday celebration. The girl working was so sweet and so kind and made the experience 10/10!! Definitely will be returning
Rude, young Gen Z Asian girl who works there on a Saturday. Literally came with my 2 lil cousins and they said "they're reserved" for a bunch of grown ups birthday party. Understandable. But there was no sign or online indication of them being reserved for a group of people until 5:30; which is not transparent. They should've informed people like us who came all they way there. Ridiculous service and poor transparency/communication.
Fun claw arcade. The machines are well filled and easy to operate. There is the option to trade up to larger prizes if you wish. Smaller location but they have a good amount of machines and also snacks for sale.
Great experience. There was some machine that was hard to win as some of the toy were in awkward positions. And some were just too heavy for the claws. However, I love the fact you can trade up and save. So we got a bunch of the easy to get toys that my daughter did not want to keep. And the option to save those trade ups for the next time is amazing. No other claw machine we've been to has allowed the save up option. Would definitely recommend this place
Took a few of my little cousins to play here after lunch in the area. The staff was so engaging and kind, especially to the little ones. Charlie was so patient with all of their questions and offered me the best options for my budget. We even got to trade up for a big prize!! Will 100% be coming here again.
Great place would recommend anyone to at least try it out once. The customer service was great would definitely come back to this place again. The plushies they have are also great so soft and cute!
