I give them a 5-star simply cause I can’t do 4.9 lol. Everything was easy and simple other than 1 very minor thing. When using their website, I couldn’t add 1 of my parts to my cart because they didn’t technically have it in stock. After calling them, they confirmed they could In fact get the part from a different supplier. Essentially they pieced my order together from various suppliers to make it work for me. I got an invoice by email with payment link and got it done. On the phone, service was great. Can’t complain. Will be shopping with them again in the future.
Where should I start Well here we go on MAY 24 2025 I brought my adored Audi RS 3 in for repair I will make it short after $17000 bill which i paid in full also I got the car back on October 27 2025 after constant delays and and stories I finally got to drive my car which I need desperately cause I have a disability which they didn't take in consideration ANYWAY pick up day arrives as soon I drive it away a low coolant light comes on A quick U TURN and back to shop it was low on coolant they say They didn't even check the car before they gave it to me INCOMPENTANT anyway off we go I notice it is overheating on drive home The next morning while driving it back to the shop its overheating and now blowing white smoke this after only 57km YES 57 KM YES THIS IS AFTER OVER 5 MONTHS AND FULL PAY.MENT OF $17000 WHAT WOULD YOU DO anyway there is NO urgency in there part WHAT DO THEY SAY OH WERE BUSY NOW CAUSE OF TIRE CHANGE SEASON WILL TAKE A LOOK AT IT WHEN WE CAN I SAY THATS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRIDE OR REPUTATION IN THERE WORK Any way It gets better they don't even offer me a car for this mess WHAT DO THEY OFFER ME $35 a day for a rental which I need for my disability $35 a day for a car is disgusting low ALL I SAY IS I THOUGHT BETTER OF FRANK AND EUROSPORT BUT NOW MY RECCOMENDATION IS STAY FAR AWAY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR COMMUNICATION NO RESPECT FOR THEIR WORK OR REPUTATION OF THE SHOP OH I FORGOT AS PER THE REPAIR THE ENGINE HAD TO GET SENT OUT THEY DIDNT EVEN WANT TO TELL ME WHERE THE ENGINE WAS SENT I HAD TO SEND LAW ENFORCEMENT FROM HALTON (WHICH THEY SO HELPFUL AND NICE ) TO GET THE ADDRESS AND SHOP NAME WHERE MY ENGINE WAS SO THIS IS JUST THE SHORT VERSION OF MY DEALING WITH FRANK AND EURO SPORT OH YEAH THE IS STILL NOT IN MY HAND AND ITS NOVEMBER 10 2025 AND STILL NO NEWS WHAT IS WRONG THATS CORRECT NO NEWS WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOUR IN MY SHOES ALL I SAY STAY AWAY
I have a car that's difficult to get pots for imported from Japan here in Canada and I tell you what it's been crazy with the tarrifs on importing goods. These guys never fail to get my stuff in a pretty reasonable time. I'm lucky to have EST for my project build
You may as well drive all the way from bc to Ontario to talk to these people.. they have no idea how to communicate.. also I payed for ups express and still haven’t received even a email confirmation that’s it’s shipped after almost 3 days

Wanted to give a 5 star review due to the experience I had at their location. When coming in to look for parts I was greeted with such a great level of service that you cannot find anymore, Tyler who was at the counter helped get me all the parts I needed and also went over and above to ensure everything was a right fit and was the best option to go with for the parts I was getting. If anyone is into the Car scene and needs aftermarket parts these are the guys.
Don't believe in Google rating. They taxed me $39 for $200 purchases. And they can only give 3 months warranty for VOLTAGE CONVERTER FOR C450. I had cash .. they love paying tax and they will make you to. And I don't even know if the purchase made any difference. good luck guys.
